The topics of these papers are in many respects a celebration of the diversity of science that is represented in physical chemistry today. Included are several papers in the A4 section of JPC A , which is for “New Tools and Methods” relevant to any area of physical chemistry. Rather than attempt to summarize or highlight these topics, we refer readers to the list of titles and authors in the Supporting Information .
