Abstract
The study of shear viscosity and frequency-dependent dynamic oscillatory shear spectra of water containing monovalent ions was performed. As the twist angle was changed the effective viscosity varied by orders of magnitude. The confining lattices were found to align better as confinement appeared to imprint lateral spatial correlation on the ultrathin liquid.
