Abstract
A pilot study is undertaken for a parametric sensitivity analysis of nonlinear viscoelastic panel flutter. It shown that failure of the panel may consist of viscoelastic flutter developing in time or of failures due to degradation in time of delamination strength which can be ascertained on a paired probability of failure and survival time basis.
