Abstract

Four types of corn - dent, waxy, high oil, and high amylose were scanned using the Foss Infratec 1229 NIT Grain Analyzer. Extractable starch was determined using the 100-g laboratory wet milling method. Regression analyses were conducted using The Unscrambler
