Abstract
Reduction in accident risk in agricultural heavily relies on educational efforts today. Most safety professionals recognize that education as a method of behavior modification is the least effective means of reducing accident risk. The paper describes a recent theory developed for the prediction and understanding of behavior and the implications this has in significantly inhancing safety education efforts.
