Abstract

We report a label-free biosensor system that consists of a tunable VCSEL, a plastic guided mode resonant filter and two pin detectors. The biosensor has demonstrated the sensitivity of detecting antigen proteins concentration as low as 1pg/ml (6.7fM) and antibodies to dengue virus.
