Abstract

The Trine system is an electronic communication aid for nonvocal and/or nonwriting individuals. The system provides the disabled individual with the capabilities for conversation, writing and access to other computer systems and software. The system is based on the use of a standard commercially available portable computer, the EPSON HX-20.
