Abstract

A report is presented on the Power Systems Engineering Research Center (PSERC). It includes eleven universities and some forty companies from the electric power industry. PSERC provides a collaborative research environment across universities, academic disciplines and industry participants. A founding principle for PSERC is funding innovative and efficient solutions to the diverse challenges facing the new electric power industry.
