The construct(ion) of validity as argument

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The author presents an interpretive/constructivist perspective on outcome evaluation and on the warrants for our outcome-evaluation conclusions. The perspective underscores the importance of developing warrants through argumentation, in addition to selected empirical evidence. Congruencies with Don Campbell's visions of validity are noted.
