Abstract
Two methods for the quantitative assessment of erosion-accumulation processes (the radiocesium method and the technogenic magnetic tracer method) were compared for the first time with weakly eroded chernozems from Tula oblast as examples. Much attention was paid to the assessment of the lateral variation of the marker-component reserves in the arable horizon.
