N2 - Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization is exact for a spin in a magnetic field. This well-known result is connected with the existence of a hidden supersymmetry. I discuss the supersymmetry and, in a broader context, the semiclassical quantum-mechanical interpretation of the Weyl character formula for compact, semisimple Lie groups.
