Abstract
The article focuses on the use of high-resolution LiDAR technology by Merrick & Co. for a detailed inventory of karst features in the Sinkhole Plain of Illinois. A minimum of 20 checkpoints for land cover classes, including weeds and crops, brush lands and low trees, and urban areas with dense artificial structures, were collected.
