N2 - The scientific visualization of a chromatophore, a photosynthetic organelle, required the creation of a software integration pipeline to combine scientific software, visual effects tools, and custom camera choreography software. Furthermore, the rendering of this visualization in both fulldome and 4K3D format was done using a custom supercomputer rendering pipeline.
