SBS-suppressed, single mode Yb-doped fiber amplifiers

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

Experimental results are presented demonstrating 100μJ of pulse energy and over 500W of peak power from a stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS)-suppressed, single mode, Ybdoped fiber structure. Over 135 Watts are achieved continuous-wave.
