Abstract

An essay is presented on the effects of U.S. Supreme Court in the Court case Danforth v. Minnesota on the practices of state courts for post-conviction proceedings. It mentions that state habeas petitioners getting benefit of new federal rules of constitutional criminal procedure. It highlights retroactivity jurisprudence and retroactivity practices of state court.
