Abstract
In September 2006, Bloomberg L. P. implemented a new version of its Global Product Certification Program to assist users in becoming proficient on the Bloomberg Professional Service. In doing so, it replaced the classroom-based program that had been used since 2001 as well as the online program that had been used since January 2005. Drawing on her experiences with and observations of the original online certification program, the author discusses the content and execution of the revised online program.
