Abstract

The coordinately unsaturated complex [Rh{(o-diphenylphosphino)-N,N-dimethylaniline }2]PF6 is described. This compound reversibly adds CO to form [Rh(PN)2(CO)2] PF6 with the concomitant dissociation of the dimethylamino arms of the chelate.
