Abstract

This paper formulates the circular microstrip disk problem rigorously using vector Hankel transform in terms of vector dual integral equations. For the axial symmetric modes, the vector dual integral equations reduce to the scalar dual integral equation which has been of historic interest. The dual integral equations are solved using variational Galerkin's method and the resonance frequencies can be found.
