Abstract
The author examines whether arbitration agreement is enforceable in bankruptcy. Topics discussed include arbitration issues in bankruptcy as statutory interpretation issues, the concept of bankruptcy tribunal, an overview of the Federal Arbitration Act and the Bankruptcy Code in the U.S., the arbitrability of a discharge violation, and recovery of nonbankruptcy claims.
