Quasiconformal maps between compact polyhedra are quasisymmetric

Abstract

It is proved that quasiconformal homeomorphisms, defined via an infinitesimal pointwise condition, between compact polyhedra are quasisymmetric, that is, they satisfy a global distortion condition, provided the polyhedra in question have no one dimensional parts.
