In Profanaciones del Verano 2019, José M. Atiles-Osoria dissects, with precision and rigor, the corrupt profiles of the Puerto Rican colonial state of exception; inserts the 2019 boricua “event” within the genealogy of “common fronts” struggles; and shows the connections between our struggles and other liberation efforts around the Global South.
