Abstract

Determining the content, style and format of safety warnings is a vital component of developing any new product. The effectiveness of this information to cause the desired behavior can be enhanced by use of pictorials. A Nationwide adoption of the proposed ANSI Z535.4 system would enhance consumer learning of the system employed.
