Plastic-based distributed feedback laser biosensors in microplate format

Abstract

We characterized the uniformity and sensitivity of the distributed feedback laser biosensors in 96-well microplate format, with a thickness standard deviation of ∼35 nm. An assay was also used to demonstrate its biomolecule detection ability.
