Abstract

We demonstrate room temperature visible wavelength photoluminescence from In0.5Ga0.5As quantum dots embedded in a GaP membrane. We also observe enhanced outcoupling of quantum dot emission into photonic crystal nanocavities. FIO/ LS Technical Digest
