Photoinduced conductivity changes in carbon nanotube transistors

Abstract

The photoinduced conductivity changes in single-walled carbon nanotube transistors were discussed. It was shown that the changes occur without variation in dopant concentrations. Possible sites of oxygen photodesorption and its implications on the electronic properties of nanotubes were also discussed.
