In addition to reviewing the operation principles and the proof-of-concept demonstrations of our proposed periodically switched acoustic-filtering front-ends, we address two important questions in our design: given a high-IF superheterodyne architecture, a channel bandwidth, and an RF band center frequency, 1) how to choose an IF and 2) what the limit of achievable RF operation range is.",
