Abstract

We demonstrate the existence of oscillations in the magnetic peak positions of Stark-Cyclotron Resonances due to acoustic phonon scattering in confined superlattices and investigate the oscillations of level broadening in the Wannier-Stark localization regime as a function of the magnetic field due to acoustic phonons. Manifestation of these effects in recent experiments is discussed.
