Optical coherence tomography using femtosecond lasers

Abstract

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) using femtosecond lasers enables subcellular resolutions of < 5 μm and real time imaging at several frames per second. Catheter-endoscope imaging and medical applications are discussed.
