Optical coherence microscopy using hardware and computational adaptive optics

Abstract

Aberrations can be compensated for by adaptive optics. In this paper, we combined adaptive optics with optical coherence microscopy for high resolution imaging. Comparisons between hardware and computational adaptive optics are presented.
