Abstract

Radar data objective analysis (RDOA) has long been proven to be important. In spite of this, the technique has received relatively little formal treatment. This report is focused on the commonly used RDOA techniques in which a priori data weighting is prescribed. Some theoretical properties of OA techniques are discussed. Results from empirical testing using analytically-defined input data are also detailed.
