On compromises and kinds of justice: A reply to Ceva and Pasquali

Abstract

Emanuela Ceva and Francesca Pasquali raise excellent questions about my account. In responding to their articles, I aim to clarify the basis for making distinctions among kinds of justice and defend the practical guidance my analysis may offer, despite being demanding in the standards of justice laid out.
