Observation of molecular dissociation along several exit channels with parametric four-wave mixing

Abstract

Multichannel dissociation of electronically-excited Rb2 has been observed with an atomic wavepacket which serves as a sensitive detector. We identify several exit channels through analysis of the amplitude and phase of radiation produced by four-wave-mixing.
