Abstract
The experiences of Dennis Baron as the department head of an education institution are discussed. Dennis Baron realizes that as a department head, he and his colleague were busy in mundane schedules and petty details. They were moving things, often unread, from the inbox to the outbox, and chaperoning full-grown adults to meetings. He says he could not resign from the job because he was not ready to give up this show business and moreover was having fun in the job.
