A study was performed on nanoscale organic transistors which use the source/drain electrodes supported by high resolution rubber stamps. Metal-coated elastomeric stamps and soft contact lamination provided the basis for a convenient and noninvasive approach to establishing high resolution electrical contacts to electroactive organic materials. Some preliminary measurements on charge transport through organic monolayers using the laminated transistor structures were reported.
