Abstract

This paper applies the Monte Carlo method to study junctionless transistors in order to define trade-offs in the configuration of the channel and compare the results with conventional MOS transistors. Junctionless transistors, Monte Carlo, nanoscale, phonons, short-channel effects, transport.
