Modification of the sequential multiple autoanalyzer (SMA-12/30) for use in animal research studies

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Summary1.The survey model Sequential Multiple AutoAnalyzer (SMA-12/30) was modified for the purpose of conducting routine analyses of laboratory and domestic animal serums.2.Phosphorus concentrations, as well as lactic dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase activities, which are much greater than levels found in human serum, necessitated changes in methods used.3.Creatinine analysis was substituted for albumin, and chloride substituted for uric acid.
