Abstract

The article presents information on the importance of the Internet in the modern age and the declaration of access to the Internet as the fundamental right. The problems related to cyber attacks facing the modern society and global economy, the use of passive defense methods and help from authorities is discussed. The use of executive orders on cyber security, intrusion detection, government defense system and critical national infrastructure is also discussed.
