Micro fluidic single embryo culture systems in PDMS

Abstract

A micro fluidic system from poly(dimethylsiloxane) capable of culturing individual, preimplantation mouse embryos is presented. The embryos are held stationary in `parking places' while media flows over them. The channels are 200 μm deep and 200 μm wide.
