Abstract

This colorful educational comic book, appropriate for middle school and high school students, explains the health risks associated with mercury exposure and the environmental risks associated with mercury pollution. The comic also teaches students about sources of mercury, how to deal with mercury spills, and what to do if mercury-containing products are in their households. The 2004 revision includes internet links to helpful sites.
