Abstract
We employed the scattering-phase theorem recently derived in our laboratory to extract tissue scattering properties from quantitative phase images. Using tissue path-length maps that contain nanoscale information about the tissue, the scattering mean free path ls and anisotropy factor g were measured in a spatially resolved manner.
