The author deals with the motivation and management of cleanroom personnel. A report is also presented of a one-year study that focused specifically on the current state of cleanroom personnel management. In the profile produced by the study, three primary sources of problems were identified in the management of cleanroom operators; training, job design, and social climate considerations.
