Abstract
Photoluminescence and electronic resonance Raman scattering studies on overdoped Tl2Ba2CuO6 with Tc ∼ 85 and 30 K are reported. Luminescence is shown to be the primary contributor to secondary emission in these materials. A "2Δ-like" feature at ∼6κTc for 85 K SC, and at ∼ 3.5κTc for 30 K SC, is observed below Tc.
