Abstract

The article examines laws related to practice of limited liability companies (LLCs) in the U.S. Topics discussed include emerging use of provisions to govern disputes within business entities, particularly stock corporations; multiform mergers and acquisitions (M&A) litigation; and ways in which commercial and consumer contracts shape future litigation between the contracting parties.
