Abstract

We report final results for the D0 lifetime measured with a hybrid emulsion spectrometer in the wide-band neutrino beam at Fermilab. In a total of 3886 neutrino and antineutrino interactions located in the emulsion fiducial volume, we have found 58 D0 decays, from which we determine the lifetime to be (4.3-0.5-0.2+0.7+0.1) × 10-13 s.
