Abstract
Fluid models of queueing networks are among the simplest models to analyze. In addition, wider classes of network models are among more flexible for modeling real traffic. Thus, it is useful to reduces questions about the more realistic models to questions regarding related fluid models. In this study, the question of stability for networks with input traffic is reduced to a question of stability for a fluid model.
