Abstract

This chapter highlights the history, clinical signs, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of various canine and feline infectious diseases. The diseases highlighted are: canine distemper virus (CDV), canine influenza virus, canine parvovirus, feline infectious peritonitis, feline panleukopenia, leptospirosis, lyme disease, rabies virus and tetanus.
