Abstract

In this paper, two useful approximate boundary conditions, impedance boundary condition and resistive boundary condition, are incorporated into the newly-developed fast and accurate finite-element boundary-integral formulation for computing scattering by complex targets. Several representative numerical results are given, demonstrating the validity of this incorporated fast and accurate FE-BI formulation.
