Abstract

A technique to improve the performance of discrete band-limited signal extrapolation by recursively changing the associate weighting function is presented. During the process, the weighting is replaced iteratively by the amplitude of the spectral distribution of the previous estimate. This alters the sensitivity of the algorithm and results in considerable enhancement of the performance.
