The application of hard structures can alter the equilibrium who exist between bony and muscle; for these reasons the authors describe the use of a new resin thermo active "Clear Splint Flexible" that have the peculiar feature to acquire, with the temperature of oral cavity, an elasticity that don't alter the physiologic movement of the structure in which the bite is applied.
