Genetic algorithm preprocessing for numerical solution of differential games problems

Abstract

The use of Genetic algorithm (GA) preprocessing for numerical solution of differential Games problems was discussed. The GA based preprocessors provided a convergent solution of the semi-direct collocation with nonlinear programming (DCNLP) method. The method was efficient and was a kind of hybrid for GA and local optimizer. The local optimization method such as the semi-DCNLP solves an optimization problem for each individual starting form parameters provided by a GA.
